Patients are strongly encouraged to come in for a cosmetic eyelid evaluation. At this visit, you will meet Dr. Perlman and he will personally evaluate your eyelids to determine if you are an appropriate candidate for cosmetic eyelid surgery. Dr. Perlman or a member of his specially trained staff will also review with you the fees associated with the particular surgery that is planned. You will find that we have no "hidden charges". Your quoted surgical fee is all inclusive from your preoperative evaluation through the first three months following surgery.
