Flying Doctors of Mercy

Dr. Perlman has given generously of his time over the past twenty years to treating indigent patients in rural Mexico. He participates in a three times yearly medical missionary trip to San Blas, Sinaloa, Mexico. Together with his team, he has performed countless cataract surgeries on indigent patients at no charge. The sponsoring organization for this work is LIGA International "The Flying Doctors of Mercy."
